Job Description

We’re seeking a Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment. The role suits someone with solid B2B experience who is comfortable taking ownership of growth initiatives and contributing from the very beginning, particularly within solution-driven offerings that offer clear commercial upside.

This position requires a proactive approach to sales — identifying opportunities, building strategies, and closing deals independently. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading a small, focused sales team and continuously improving sales processes to support efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Own and deliver the annual sales plan

• Build and manage a strong B2B pipeline (mid-to-large companies)

• Focus on selected company service categories for quick wins, while maintaining growth in others

Team Leadership:

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of 5-10 sales professionals

• Implement structured management and reporting processes

Sales growth:

• Navigate complex B2B sales cycles

• Build relationships with decision-makers and work closely with key clients in strategic segments

• Improve profitability from existing company assets and clients

• Identify underdeveloped regions and verticals

• Stay ahead of competitors and market trends

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proactive and ambitious – self-driven and a strong team player; high integrity and ability to operate hands on in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven successful track record in B2B sales environment, acquiring, nurturing and upselling B2B accounts. 

• Proven successful track record as a sales manager in a B2B client environment – leading a team of sales representatives.

• Sales leadership experience in establishing a productive rhythm of business, driving a weekly sales management process, challenging and caring for his team members.

• Significant experience in selecting, hiring, performance management by objective, developing sales representatives.

• Proven ability to analyze leading and lagging sales indicators and use data for coaching the team to deliver results at or above budget; 

• Has successfully created and knows how to establish sales standards, ideal client profiles, and a set of unique selling points based on the company strategy and competitive advantages; ability and willingness to train and develop the sales team.

• Well versed in direct negotiations with clients, working on his own set of opportunities, and acting as a playing coach.
