My client is a leading UK specialist in diamond tools and power tool accessories, supplying some of the most recognisable names across the construction resale, tool hire, and industrial distribution sectors.<\/span>
<\/p>

Due to the planned retirement of a long\-standing team member, we are now recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Scotland<\/b>, with a structured handover period to ensure long\-term success. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established territory within a respected, growing business.<\/span>
<\/p>

The Opportunity<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

You will take ownership of an existing customer base worth circa £500k per annum<\/b>, while also having the freedom and support to grow the territory further.<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>70% relationship management \/ 30% new business development<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage accounts across builders’ merchants, tool & equipment hire, distributors, and industrial resellers<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build long\-term partnerships rather than chase short\-term wins<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Represent strong brands with an excellent market reputation<\/span>
<\/p>

You’ll ideally have:<\/span>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>B2B field sales experience<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Exposure to construction, tools, hire, fixings, or industrial sectors (advantageous, not essential)<\/span>
<\/p>

·        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>A full UK driving licence<\/span>
<\/p>
