Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join our team for the 2nd shift. The role requires a professional who can work efficiently in a high-paced environment, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. This position will involve a patient-centric approach and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in testing processes.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as necessary.
• Participate in professional development and educational activities to stay updated with laboratory practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous experience as a Medical Technologist preferred.
• Valid Ohio license required in hand.
• Experience with applicable charting systems is a plus.
