Nexton is looking for a hands\-on Sales Manager<\/b> to lead and coach our sales team. This is a true player\-coach role: you manage the team, actively participate in sales calls, listen to call recordings, review account plans, and raise the bar on execution.
<\/div>

<\/div>
You will be responsible for deal conversion, account expansion, and referrals, while building a disciplined, high\-performance sales culture. Lead generation is not owned by this role, but sales execution and results are.
<\/div>

<\/div>
You will manage a team of 4 Sales Reps and 1 Sales Analyst, with the opportunity to scale the team over time, including hiring in the US.

Sales Leadership & Coaching<\/b>
<\/div>
  • Coach sales reps through call listening, deal reviews, and live participation in sales calls,
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team meetings,
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Provide direct, actionable feedback to improve discovery, positioning, and closing,
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable.

    Revenue Execution<\/b>
    <\/div>
    • Own a team quota
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Own deal conversion, account expansion, and referrals,
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ensure deals are tight: clear next steps, strong follow\-up, and disciplined execution,
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Partner with the Sales Analyst to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting.

      Account Expansion & Referrals<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts,
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Systematize referral\-driven new business,
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Review and challenge account plans to ensure depth, expansion, and long\-term value.

        Process & Rigor<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Maintain strict sales process discipline across the team,
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy,
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Identify execution gaps quickly and fix them,
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Continuously improve sales playbooks and operating cadence.

          Team Building<\/b>
          <\/div>
          • Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent,
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Make performance\-based decisions, including hiring and firing,
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Help scale the sales team as the company grows,

          • Potentially build and manage sales capacity in the US.

            Requirements<\/h3>

            • Experience managing and coaching B2B sales teams.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Strong player\-coach mindset.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Comfortable listening to calls and giving direct feedback.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Structured, data\-driven, and execution\-focused.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Experience in services, staffing, or nearshoring is a plus.
              <\/span><\/li>
