Schedule

Shift: Days 7 AM - 7 PM, following a 3/2 split schedule (4 shifts one week, 3 the next). Overtime after 48 hours weekly.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Med Tech MLT with experience in Blood Bank to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our laboratory by performing various tests and analyses while ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses to provide accurate and timely results.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate results and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification
• ASCP or AMT registered
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, specifically trained in Blood Bank.
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
