Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holidays required, specifically Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical laboratory processes and a demonstrated ability to perform a range of diagnostic tests to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform various laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood gas analysis, hormone testing, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Ensure accurate specimen collection, handling, and analysis according to laboratory protocols.
• Review and interpret quality control measures and test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in troubleshooting as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper disposal methods for hazardous materials.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with previous charge experience preferred.
• Certification by ASCP or a relevant body is required.
• Experience with charting systems is preferred.
