VP Sales (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Lead and motivate a team of 25 employees, including 4–5 direct reports (e.g., Regional Sales Managers in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and Portugal)
- Full revenue responsibility for new sales in Europe
- Manage and develop international direct sales and dealer network across Europe, focusing on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Scandinavia, Italy, Central and Eastern Europe
- Ensure optimal market coverage through all relevant sales channels (Key Accounts, dealers, rental, used vehicles)
- Collaborate closely with Used Sales and Rental teams to drive complementary sales channels
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses, and competitive intelligence for strategic development
- Assist Finance with risk assessment, receivables management, and budgeting
- Actively contribute to the European Management Team and align with VP Aftermarket Europe
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and maintain regular presence at one of the main locations (Germany, France, or Italy).
Your Qualification
- University degree in Business Administration (Sales/Marketing focus), Engineering, or equivalent
- Several years of proven experience in sales of technical equipment / capital goods
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with daily operational business drive
- Strong technical understanding or high technical affinity
- Excellent German and English skills
- High willingness to travel across Europe
