Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales is required to join a global manufacturer of engineered air filtration solutions, covering the West Coast US, including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona.
Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across power generation, oil & gas, and heavy industrial markets, specializing in selling engineered air filtration systems and inlet solutions.

Package
- Base salary: $120,000 – $130,000 plus commissions

Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales
Role
- Develop and grow regional sales across the West Coast US (California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona)
- Sell air filtration and inlet air systems supporting gas turbine and power generation facilities
- Power plants, gas turbine facilities, oil & gas sites, and heavy industrial environments
- Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, maintenance teams, and key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for retrofit, refurbishment, and replacement of inlet housings and filtration systems
- Manage existing accounts while actively driving new business development
- Educate customers on filtration performance, lifecycle value, and system upgrades
- Work closely with internal engineering and support teams to deliver technical solutions
- Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales / regional sales / technical sales
- Background selling into power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial markets
- Experience with air filtration, air handling, rotating equipment, or engineered systems preferred
- Strong understanding of power plant environments and turbine operations
- Ability to engage credibly with technical and operational stakeholders
- Hunter mentality with strong account management capability
- Comfortable working remotely and covering a large regional territory
- Mechanical or engineering background is highly desirable
