At our practice, your calm hands and clinical confidence already give you a head start. We’ll train you in the rest—chairside assisting, digital dentistry, sterilization protocols, patient communication, and everything that helps our office run like a well-tuned heartbeat. 

What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!): 
Support the doctor chairside during procedures

Take digital scans

Assist you in starting to get your X-ray license 

Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization flow

Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for

Assist with documentation and treatment planning

Grow your clinical skills every single week 

What You Already Bring as a phelbotomist: 
Experience as a phlebotomist or similar clinical role

Strong patient-care instincts

Steady hands, calm energy, and excellent communication

A desire to learn dentistry from the ground up

Team-player mindset and reliability
