  • Salary: $147,653.00 - $175,917.00 p.a. + super + salary packaging

Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operate public and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs. 

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects as the Pathology Transformation Manager, for SydPath Pathology, St Vincents Public Hospital Sydney. This role is an 18-month contract.

About the role

  • Lead the delivery of high-impact Pathology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes are achieved.

  • Own project governance by maintaining clear, accurate documentation, reporting, and registers.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leaders and governance forums.

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across clinicians, executives, operations, digital teams, and external vendors.

  • Proactively identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and benefits, supporting effective mitigation and decision-making.

About you

  • Experienced in delivering complex projects, ideally within Pathology or healthcare services.

  • Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Health Administration, Project Management, Digital Health, or related fields.

  • Proven track record in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and implementation across large-scale projects.

  • Strong organisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills, working across multiple workstreams and priorities.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work with clinicians, executives, IT teams, and vendors to solve problems and drive results.
