An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly skilled and motivated Pathology Quality Team at Harrogate District Hospital.

The post will be based within the Quality Team in Pathology. The Pathology team at Harrogate is highly regarded having an excellent reputation with service users. Integrated Pathology Solutions LLP is an innovative joint-venture pathology service between Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This partnership delivers a high quality pathology service through collaboration between three Trusts for the benefit of patient and service users.

Working under the direction of the Quality Manager (QM) the post holder will :-

·         Assist in the maintenance of the Pathology Quality Management System 

This post supports the Quality Manager in maintaining the requirements of accreditation by UKAS and other regulatory bodies. In addition this post will support the management of the Quality Management System.

The post holder will have the skills and abilities to promote quality within all areas of Pathology.
