We are seeking a detail -oriented Hematologist to support the diagnosis and management of complex blood disorders. This role offers early -career physicians the opportunity to gain hands -on experience in hematology and transfusion medicine under mentorship, contributing to patient -centered care across malignant and non -malignant conditions.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>- Interpret laboratory results including CBC, coagulation profiles, and peripheral blood smears to guide diagnosis and treatment.
<\/li> - Diagnose and manage hematologic conditions such as anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, hemophilia, and thrombotic disorders.
<\/li> - Perform and interpret bone marrow biopsies and aspirations using morphologic and cytological analysis.
<\/li> - Manage anticoagulation therapy with focus on dosing, monitoring, and complication prevention.
<\/li> - Provide consultation in transfusion medicine, including blood product selection and adverse reaction management.
<\/li> - Administer chemotherapy for hematologic malignancies and monitor for treatment -related toxicity.
<\/li> - Evaluate and treat patients with bleeding and clotting disorders, including inherited and acquired conditions.
<\/li> - Utilize imaging (e.g., PET -CT, MRI) and molecular testing (e.g., FISH, PCR, NGS) to support personalized treatment.
<\/li> - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
<\/li> - Maintain accurate medical records and support clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.

<\/div>- MBBS with postgraduate training in Internal Medicine or Hematology (MD/DM or equivalent).
<\/li> - Solid understanding of laboratory diagnostics and clinical correlation.
<\/li> - Experience in bone marrow biopsy interpretation and staining techniques.
<\/li> - Knowledge of anticoagulation protocols, INR monitoring, and bleeding management.
<\/li> - Familiarity with transfusion medicine, crossmatching, and blood product indications.
<\/li> - Exposure to chemotherapy administration and toxicity monitoring.
<\/li> - Understanding of bleeding and clotting disorders and their treatment strategies.
<\/li> - Proficiency in interpreting hematologic imaging and genetic/molecular test results.
<\/li> - Strong communication, analytical, and patient management skills.
<\/li> - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
<\/li> - Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
