Adelphi is seeking qualified and motivated Clinical Fellows in Speech -Language Pathology to provide specialized speech -language pathology services to students in a public school setting located in Lancaster County, South Carolina. The Clinical Fellow will be responsible for delivering speech -language services tailored to the unique needs of students, including assessment, intervention, and consultation with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders, under appropriate supervision. <\/span>

Qualifications<\/b><\/span>

• Master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology from an accredited program<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) through ASHA<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Active South Carolina Speech -Language Pathology license through the SC LLR (or in process)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• South Carolina Educator Certificate (or in process)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Previous school -based experience preferred but not required<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Conduct speech and language evaluations under clinical supervision<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide direct speech -language therapy services aligned with student needs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans in accordance with student goals<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP), 504, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to support student outcomes<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Maintain confidentiality of student and educational records in compliance with FERPA<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and applicable district policies<\/span>

• Ensure continuity and quality of care for assigned students<\/span><\/span>
