Job Description Summary

As part of the Clinical Education team, you will be responsible for providing application support for GE HealthCare’s molecular imaging solutions.

As a clinical project leader, your mission will be to deliver training, follow-up, and user support to optimize the clinical use of our equipment and maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver customized clinical training sessions in coordination with the sales and service teams

  • Conduct on-site training and sessions at the GE HealthCare Academy

  • Prepare clear and relevant post-training reports, including customer feedback

  • Contribute actively to customer satisfaction through continuous training and personalized user support

  • Participate in the creation of digital content (videos, e-learning materials) and host webinars

  • Become a recognized expert and reference for the products and associated clinical applications

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop sales strategies and enhance our offering during demonstrations (clinical case reviews)

  • Represent the company at trade shows and conferences through educational presentations and product demonstrations

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Technical or clinical degree in medical imaging, biomedical engineering, or a related field

  • Clinical or academic experience in Nuclear Medicine is highly valued

  • Hands-on experience with Nuclear Medicine imaging equipment (preferably GE HealthCare systems)

  • Strong IT and image post-processing skills
