  • Support the end-to-end process of vehicle ordering and delivery, ensuring that dealers have access to optimal stock of models
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and benchmark dealer performance, and implement plans to elevate service standards and brand reputation
  • Analyse a range of data points relating to sales, market trends and competitor activity to gain valuable insights that assist with planning promotions and dealer sales strategies
  • Facilitate training on new products and sales techniques with the dealer network, and maintain strong partner relationships through consistent engagement and support

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in business studies or an alternate relevant discipline, or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in achieving sales and performance targets through practical problem-solving, initiative and a strong focus on results
  • Previous experience in working with budgets, forecasts, and financial information to contribute to commercial planning and performance monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse sales, customer and market data to identify trends, support decision making and drive business improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and adapt communication to suit various audiences
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and support outcomes in a commercial or stakeholder-driven environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Willingness and capability to mentor and support others, contributing to team development and knowledge-sharing
